Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of these Terms

By creating an account, using the free tier, or using any part of the Smart Money Link platform (“SML”, the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Use and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of this document, you must not use the Service.

The Service is operated by Alexandria (“Alexandria”, “we”, “us”). References to “Alexandria” include any corporate entity that is later formed and assumes these Terms; these Terms inure to the benefit of, and are binding upon, the parties and their respective successors and permitted assigns. We may assign these Terms to a successor entity without your consent.

These Terms are drawn up in English. Any translation is provided for convenience only; in the event of conflict, the English version prevails.

2. About the Service

Smart Money Link is a SaaS platform for technical analysis and trade journaling, aimed at retail traders who use Smart Money Concepts (SMC), with emphasis on XAU/USD (gold) and proprietary trading firm (prop firm) accounts. The platform includes:

  • An algorithmic detection engine for SMC structures (FVG, BOS, CHOCH, Order Block, killzones).
  • Pharos AI — an analytical assistant that reads institutional market context.
  • A trade journal with emotional correlation and per-origin track records.
  • Rule and metric tracking for prop firm accounts (Apex, FTMO, FundedNext, and others).

The Service provides technical analysis and data visualization. It does not execute orders, hold funds, or intermediate financial transactions.

Important noticeAlexandria is not a broker-dealer, bank, asset manager, or investment advisor, and is not registered with any securities or commodities regulator. Nothing on the Service constitutes financial, investment, trading, legal, or tax advice, or a recommendation or solicitation to buy or sell any financial instrument. All content is provided for informational and educational purposes only. Every trading decision is solely your responsibility.

3. Eligibility and your account

3.1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old — or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is greater — and fully able to enter into a binding contract. By using the Service you represent that you meet these requirements and are not barred from receiving the Service under applicable law.

3.2. Accuracy of information

You agree to provide true, current, and complete information when registering. Accounts created with false information may be suspended or deleted.

3.3. Credential security

You are solely responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity on your account. Use a strong, unique password and enable two-factor authentication when available.

4. Plans and billing

4.1. Pricing

The Service offers a free tier and paid subscription plans. Subscription fees are billed in US dollars (USD) and are as displayed on the pricing page at the time of your purchase. We may modify fees; any change becomes effective at the end of the then-current billing cycle, with reasonable prior notice. Continued use after a fee change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the new amount.

4.2. Auto-renewal

Paid subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle, for successive terms of the same duration and under the same conditions, unless you cancel before the renewal date. Renewal terms, including price and frequency, are disclosed at checkout before you are charged.

4.3. Cancellation

You may cancel at any time, with no penalty, through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and you keep access until then. Your subscription will not renew after that.

4.4. Refunds

For annual subscriptions, we offer a prorated refund within 30 days of billing, deducting the days already used. After 30 days, fees are non-refundable. Monthly fees are non-refundable after a successful charge — cancellation stops the next renewal. Nothing in this section limits any non-waivable refund or withdrawal right you have under the mandatory consumer law of your country of residence.

5. Financial disclaimer and risk disclosure

Smart Money Link is a technical analysis tool. It does not provide investment recommendations or advice of any kind.

  • All analyses produced by the SMC engine, auditable signals, and Pharos AI are algorithmic interpretations of public market data and serve as decision support — never as operational instructions. AI-generated outputs may be inaccurate or incomplete.
  • Trading forex, futures, CFDs, metals, cryptocurrencies, and similar instruments involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for all investors. You may lose all — or, in leveraged trading, more than — your initial investment. Trade only with risk capital you can afford to lose.
  • Past performance is not indicative of future results. Historical metrics displayed on the platform are informational only.
  • You acknowledge the risks of financial markets and assume full responsibility for every trading decision made using the Service, releasing Alexandria from liability for resulting losses to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Hypothetical performanceHYPOTHETICAL OR SIMULATED PERFORMANCE RESULTS HAVE INHERENT LIMITATIONS. UNLIKE AN ACTUAL PERFORMANCE RECORD, SIMULATED RESULTS DO NOT REPRESENT ACTUAL TRADING AND MAY UNDER- OR OVER-COMPENSATE FOR MARKET FACTORS SUCH AS LACK OF LIQUIDITY. NO REPRESENTATION IS BEING MADE THAT ANY ACCOUNT WILL OR IS LIKELY TO ACHIEVE PROFITS OR LOSSES SIMILAR TO THOSE SHOWN. Performance displays based on simulation or backtesting do not account for fees, spreads, commissions, or slippage.

6. Prohibited conduct

You agree not to:

  • Share access credentials or resell the Service without written authorization.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the product.
  • Scrape or automatically extract data, signals, or analyses generated by the platform.
  • Use the platform for unlawful, fraudulent, or rights-infringing purposes.
  • Circumvent technical limits, security mechanisms, or usage policies.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the functionality of the Service or other users' access.

We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate this section.

7. Intellectual property

The Service and its original content, design, brand, SMC detection algorithms, and other elements are and will remain the exclusive property of Alexandria and its licensors, protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws and international treaties.

Your subscription grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license for the duration of your active subscription. No ownership rights are transferred. You retain ownership of your trading data and journal content.

8. Disclaimer of warranties; limitation of liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ALEXANDRIA SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES — INCLUDING TRADING LOSSES, LOSS OF PROFITS, OR LOSS OF DATA — ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE. Specifically, Alexandria is not liable for:

  • Financial losses from trades made using the platform.
  • Temporary unavailability due to technical reasons, maintenance, or force majeure.
  • Inaccuracy, delay, or error in market data supplied by third-party providers.
  • Decisions by third-party prop firms (Apex, FTMO, and others) regarding rule violations or account terminations — platform tracking is informational, not binding.

TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ALEXANDRIA'S TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under the mandatory law of your country of residence.

9. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms — including fraud, misuse, threats to service security, or payment failure — with or without prior notice. You may terminate your account at any time through your settings. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (ownership, disclaimers, limitations of liability) survive.

10. Export controls and sanctions

You represent that you are not located in a country subject to a comprehensive government embargo, and that you are not listed on any government list of prohibited or restricted parties. You agree to comply with all applicable export control and economic sanctions laws in connection with your use of the Service.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Material changes will be communicated by email and/or a visible notice on the platform at least 15 days in advance. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator of the Service is domiciled, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Nothing in this section deprives you of the protection of mandatory consumer-protection rules of the country where you reside, nor of the right to bring proceedings in your local courts where such right cannot be waived.

If you believe content made available through the Service infringes your copyright, send a notice with sufficient detail to suporte@alexandria.app. We review and respond to all legitimate notices.
